Correcting your listing information

Factual fields such as business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered can be corrected. To request a correction, provide the accurate information and supply something that confirms it. A link to your website, your Google Business Profile, or similar public verification works. Once verified and applied, corrections stay in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing your score or summary

Scores are never manually adjusted. A dispute is a claim that the data feeding the score is wrong, such as reviews being attributed to the wrong business, your profile being matched to another contractor, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, the source data is re-examined and your listing is regenerated from the corrected information. Disputes are not requests for a higher number.

Requesting removal from the directory

Listings are removed if your business has permanently closed, if the entry is a duplicate of another, or if it falls outside the directory's scope. The directory runs a monthly verification cycle that automatically catches and removes closed businesses. An accurate listing that fits the directory's coverage may be declined for removal, and you will receive a clear reason why.
