What this directory is

SG Tampines Aircond Contractor Guide is a listing and comparison site covering 130 air conditioning contractors serving Tampines. It exists for homeowners and property managers who need to shortlist a servicing, installation, or repair outfit without spending a weekend cross-checking names on Google and Facebook. Every business in the directory is here because it operates in or around the area, not because it paid for a spot on the list.

We built this for people who want a working starting point: who’s active, who’s rated well by their own customers, and who has a track record worth a phone call.

How listings are built

Each entry starts from public business information (registration details, service areas, contact channels) combined with a synthesis of recent Google reviews. We don’t copy or republish review text. Instead, we read the pattern of recent feedback and summarise what it suggests about reliability, pricing fairness, and workmanship, then link out to the business’s Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself.

A contractor can ask us to correct factual errors, an outdated phone number, a wrong service area, a closed branch. What a business cannot do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or position in the rankings. That separation is the point of an independent guide.

How rankings are earned

Rankings come from a published rubric applied consistently across all 130 listings, using the data we collect and nothing else. There’s no pay-to-rank option. If a listing carries a “Sponsored” label, it’s shown clearly and separately from the earned rankings, and sponsorship never changes a business’s score or position. About enquiries and referrals

SG Tampines Aircond Contractor Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource. We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your request to providers relevant to your request, and we may receive a referral fee for doing so. These arrangements are commercial, and they never touch the scoring or earned rankings you see on the site. Full detail on how this works is disclosed on the quote page when you request one.

Who’s behind it

This directory is published by SG Homee Guides, founded by Sam Lee after ten years working across Singapore’s home services trades, including air conditioning, plumbing, renovation, and locksmith work. That background shaped how the directory is run: listings are built from published review data and public business records, rankings are earned through verified work rather than bought, and every contractor’s data is rechecked monthly. Only contractors that meet the directory’s standards stay listed.

Staying current

Directory-wide data is refreshed monthly. Each listing also carries its own “last verified” date, so you can see at a glance whether the information in front of you was checked recently or is due for another pass.
